Yeah.

So as she had a vertigo test, it's called an ENG, electro nystagmography.

It's not something I got into.

I'm more of a hearing person, but that was my specialty, speaking of niches, before I got into the business aspect of audiology.

I will email you some things to think about.

Because there can be a number of things going on.

Some can be quick fixes, some maybe some other therapy, other things she can do.

But yeah, there's definitely a test that she can go to that will give us a lot of information about what she should be doing.

And maybe you can find somebody locally who has some good content.

But now that I know you're in Puerto Rico, I can try to find somebody for you because we've got a pretty big network of folks.

So going forward with Audiologist, I'm going to go back to the content a little bit.

You mentioned 100.

Most of the people that are listening to the show are busy working in their practice and on it.

How have you seen entrepreneurs get from where they're having to work in their business every day to where they've hired people, they've scaled, where they've taken a step back, where they truly become an owner, where they can work on the business full time and not necessarily in it?

Talk to us a little bit about that.

At Russell's Mastermind last week, there was a gentleman who has started integrating AI bots as actual employees in the business and including them in his org chart.

He's making it part of his company culture to deal with that fear before it comes out, and I thought it was brilliant.

He was really good at it, but including them in the org chart and educating his team about, look, it's not here to hurt you, it's here to help you, I thought was a very powerful move, and we've encouraged audiologists to do the same.

Any comments on that or your thoughts on his approach?

Think it's smart, sounds good.
