Very interesting, which leads me to my next question.
So at the very beginning of your book, you wrote, the word selling and noble rarely appear together and people believe that money is the primary motivator and doing good is a distant second.
I'm seeing this a lot in audiology, especially with some larger practices who have experienced some growth and especially corporate environments because a consolidation is happening in our profession as well.
What types of things do you hear as you talk to corporations outside of audiology along those lines?

Well, that is actually a place you flagged.
That was actually the first flag you get.
I'm calling them flags.
When you sent me the book, you were sweet enough to go, hey, this is the one you liked the most when you said it.
I was like, I loved what you said.
And then you said, I'm gonna change it for audiology, that patient referrals are better lead indicator after how people feel.
And that just, it just really hit home because I'm the coach.
Our organization helps people with marketing and they help people get through the door.
But then a lot of times we're like, well, your marketing is not working.
And we look and we're like, well, hey, you had 22 calls last month, but you only scheduled two.
