I love it.

Well, we do have a habit of getting a little too techie in audiology because we are dealing... The hearing aid technology has come so far, especially in the last six months to 12 months.

There's been an avalanche of new technology.

Well, every six to 12 months, we have this huge bump with technology.

So there's always new technology coming out.

And we get so focused on some of the technology that we get away from some of the things that makes us what you call a trusted advisor technology.

Can you tell me a little bit more about that, or can you expand on that a little bit?

And we've always said that a hearing loss is more noticeable than a hearing aid, but it gives you the dignity to sit at the table and have a conversation with your family when you guys are at Denny's after church on Sundays.

And you can, and we've all heard this so many times and we have so many stories.

I think what I hear you saying, tell me if I'm wrong, is we need to use those stories to the patients when we're talking about why we're recommending this.

So it's much more powerful to say, listen, the reason I'm recommending this level of technology is so that you can hear it Denny's after church on Sundays.

And you can hear your wife when you guys are traveling together and

and not speaking at all in the car for an hour and a half on the way to see your other two sons.

We have that one too.

Oh, if I don't want to hear, well, you can turn her off.

Well, here's the other challenge we have in audiology.

You said it before, you know, people don't wake up in the morning and, geez, I can't wait to go get my hearing aid.
