It's just going to be an amazing day.

And we're dealing with a problem that nobody thinks they have, and we're selling something that nobody really wants.

I agree.

So you also talked about creating a noble sales purpose in organizations.

How can practice owners create their own NSP, as you called it?

Well, it's funny you bring that up because we have to teach and train our staffs that a lot of times when patients come in and they're angry, they're not mad at you.

They're pissed off because of what's happening in their life with their hearing and other things in their body.

It's not directed at you, and it's hard to get people to not take it personally.

But when you take somebody like that and you turn them to the story you just shared about your brother, it's amazing, and it's a great feeling.

Well, we experienced that ourselves before I read the book.

I wish I had read it several years ago, but when we changed our tagline to achieve more, we helped practices achieve more.

Because what we started to find was sometimes it was just getting more people through the door because they were really well run.

Sometimes it was helping a practice owner.

My favorite story on my best day was when a practice owner said, you know, the first advice you gave me on the first day I came on board, even though I signed up for your marketing, was how much do you have in your savings?

And I had none.

And you said I needed six months of savings.

And because of the work that you've done with our practice, we have a year's worth of savings.
