Because I think when you don't have that tether, what I find is that people go down the blame and complain train or they jump on the blame and complain train, which goes nowhere and just makes a lot of people upset around them.
We all do it.
I think it's part of just being a business owner too, is recognizing when you're going down that, I loved what you said, just, you've got to go back to your tether.
What you've got to go back to that story.
Cause I think as an entrepreneur, we all have those days, but at the same time, especially when it's around a center on a bad client, a bad patient, somebody that you really probably shouldn't have signed up or sold hearing aids to in the first place, or you're actually relieved when they return the hearing aids.
Oh, thank God.
I don't have to deal with that guy again.
