Right.
Last week we were actually talking about reducing distractions in the office and getting interrupted.
For example, one of my favorite stories is when Penny, my old front desk manager, came up to me right before I was walking into a new patient appointment and said, so-and-so called and wants to return their hearing aids.
Just want to let you know.
Oh, that's just freaking great.
And so I went down that rabbit hole.
So we were talking about how to get out of that.
And I think I'm going to, again, steal a lot of stuff, but give you credit this time.
See, I like that because I used to say a five-minute walk with similar strategies, but I like that better.

Well, and most people are quitting their boss to come to work for a better boss, so you've got to come across as that better boss is what I hear you saying.
Well, tell me if I'm wrong, though, but if you're that leader that gives them that purpose, they'll follow you for a very, very long time.
