Well, that's it.

It's one thing when at least part of the city wins.

You know, Sox fans trolling Cubs fans and Sox bride breaking PCA.

And then that sent the Cubs into a tailspin.

The Sox were still playing with house money at that point.

I know they hadn't won a series until the twin series after Crosstown.

We are talking to Scott Merkin at 1225.

But at the same time, Mark, I think at least part of the city won there.

This, Cubs-Cardinals, you don't want the Cardinals fans to be confident.

They get to take over the concert that's going on.

The last thing you wanted was for this Cubs team to be on a 12-game slide.
