And that's all we needed because we had a great defense.

And we had, you know, we had, you know, obviously a great team.

But again, it took overtime to beat the Americans.

Well, that had the big, you know, that was a big Babcock influence at that point.

I mean, he had coached the team in 2010 and had a pretty defensive minded coaching staff.

And, you know, even though when you're

take players from Canada a little more defense-oriented, they're still good offensively.

It's not like you can't produce offense.

But there was a big influence on the lefty-righty.

The team overall, they kind of knew that they weren't going to outscore everyone, but they also knew that no one could beat them.

So they just played this incredible dominant game.

And, you know, critics would say, you know, I heard on the Olympic telecaster saying, well, it wasn't all that exciting.

I mean, at the end of the day, when you win the gold medal, like who cares how exciting it is?

But that team was amazing.

The defense, I actually have a picture in the middle of that group of defensemen, I thought.

This is the best set of defensemen I've ever seen assembled, and it was good to be a part of that team as well.

They, they certainly appear to be and, and good of you to point it out.
