The entire water table of a state is going to go down 10 feet.
All these ridiculous claims.
Do you know what uses more water than many data centers?
A golf course.
Why aren't we shutting all the golf courses down?
If you really are worried about water in any state, look at how much water a golf course uses because the modern-day data center today does not use water like the ones from 20 years ago.
So now we have a closed loop like your car radiator.
You use the same water to cool the chips, so you're not using more water than that.
And the turbines that used to use a lot of water are now, in many cases, air-cooled or a combination of water and air.
Or...
Battery and solar and turbines, and in some cases, wind.
So everybody's got the same problem, but the idea that it's going to create massive amounts of heat, massive amounts of light, massive amounts of noise, huge drain on water.
Where did all that come from?
Who said that in Michigan or in Virginia where all these claims and all this litigate, everybody that's building power, it seems, gets sued.
There you and I agree on.
The only way this is going to get resolved, and I think Senator Cotton has started this narrative, all of these claims...
All of these claims in all of these states and all of this misinformation cost money.
And what he's doing, and I totally agree with him, is let's discover.
If you bring a claim in Michigan, you bring a lawsuit, you open yourself up for discovery.
And in discovery, you find out who's paying for what.
