Like I said, proud of our players, the start we've gotten off to, the energy camp, the focus.

There's a level of conviction at which we're doing everything, many of which is player-driven, as the best teams are always player-owned and operated.
But I'm proud of our guys, and now the challenge is can we be consistent with that every single day and really establish that standard and those habits that will last us all the way through the season.
So with that, excited for today.

I think I was in college at the time, and just the way, not only just the rules of the amount of work, some cases two or three times being out on the grass in one day, like just working it.
in extreme temperatures and just kind of always like this is the mindset was, you know, it will all make the team stronger and better.
But over the course of a lot of, you know, research and data and things that you start learning about, you know, you can prepare your players and get them ready for the season.
I think we've done some really good things as a league and some of it collectively bargained with the ramp ups to,
You know, the training camp with the acclimation period, how we handle the spring and kind of building into how we handle that.
And then ultimately just it comes down to, you know, having the right people around you, especially as the head coach to constantly be making the best decisions for your players and their growth and improvement and preparation.
uh for uh what the season that is that is ahead and that doesn't mean it's always easy but at the same time you know we've we've learned so much and and uh you know i can remember you know what it was like you know even in college during that time training camp was um you know pushed you to your limits and and and you know i think some of that historically has been looked at as a good thing we still try to find a way to push players and they want to be pushed but at the same time the the limit is the most important thing and making sure we're always aware of that
Yeah, I think a lot of it's how the plays kind of come and what defense is scripted.
We're really just in the early stages.
Even though we're trying to move full speed ahead with our volume,
You know, I think it's still early enough that it's kind of hard to pinpoint any tendencies by the day.
But at the same time, you know, seeing him do that and hitting some of those down the field kind of throws, even into some, you know, different variations of some of Flo's exotic looks, you know, was encouraging.
