We go from qualifications for office duties, budget purchase of goods, public works, including bidding, audit requirements, design, build, and financial requirements that seem to be targeted to specific council members.
I mean, they always say that good lies have a little bit of truth in them, and great lies have a lot of truth in them.
And I feel that we are conflating, we are putting so many things into this budget because there's something for everyone here.
