It's very hard because you can't force your opinion on other people.
I mean, I have spoken to people at times before, but they've never rang to ask any advice.
So they're the sort of things that happen.
I mean, I actually went and asked everybody I could how to find out to be a reasonably good coach.
That's what you have to do.
I went overseas, I chased knowledge anywhere and come back and tried to share it.
And I think that's what leadership is about.
Well, you'd probably say that it would keep the place a bit calmer than where it's been, I would think.
I mean, I left Kessin off the board a couple of years back or about that, but I could see that happening at the time when Brad and James Heard went for the interviews.
But in probably many ways, we're three years down the track or whatever it is, and we haven't gone any further, probably gone worse.
So anyway, look, without sort of pushing Heard's power, I would, if he was wanting to go and take the job, I would vote for him in my membership base.
It was a, if you get a chance.
So that's up to, look, it's up to the board and the president and that to make that decision, you know.
