And I thought, if the medical community is hiding the truth about this treatment, what else are they hiding the truth about when it comes to natural ways to cure and prevent disease?

So for the next 20, 30 years, just for my own self, I thought, I'm going to research.

This is before the internet.

I'm going to travel around the world.

I'm going to interview thousands of medical practitioners who are treating people and getting them cured without drugs and surgery for various amount of illnesses and find out what's working from real people in the field, like a journalist would do.

I'm not a medical doctor.

So I did that and I used a lot of things and I tested it.

And a lot of it was, you know, snake oil and hocus pocus.

And some of it, you know, was more antidotal and real.

And some of it was real.

Well, remember, I'm a memory expert.

So I remembered everything.

And I actually wrote the book like all my books.

I write every single word.
