The term sociopath, which is environmental, and psychopath, which happens at birth, are informal terms used to describe people with ASPD, so Antisocial Personality Disorder.

Now, the stats which shook me to my core, but then again, I feel like I'm only fully understanding what a sociopath is because I think sometimes we use the term a bit flippantly, but a stat that shook me is one in 25 people are actually sociopaths according to studies.

What does that mean though?

Because I would say like, Beverly has a disregard for social norms.

But she's not a sociopath.

But like, a disregard...

for social norms in isolation isn't necessarily negative at all.

I mean, like, I love that about Bev.

Or, like, exactly, because they're like, oh, well, yeah, well... I wanted to go home, I was tired.

Oh, I didn't enjoy the meal, so, like, what was I going to thank them?

Or, like, on a bus being like...

like taking a call and being loud and annoying and just being like, oh, well I had to take a call, but he didn't.
