I don't want to sound like, oh, you know, the old school was so much better because it was all about the music, but it really was generally just driven by the music.

You know, it was, it was a different point in time.

You know, it was like the music was so new and so fresh that, and there was such a restricted supply because it only came through vinyl.

You couldn't, there's no internet, right?

So you couldn't.

You couldn't stream it.

You couldn't download it.

You had to go to the venue.

You had to go to the clubs.

You had to see XDJ play in order to hear that music.

There was no other access to it, right?

So people, there was a real drive, a real desire to go to these events.

So the music itself was enough.

That's just the way it was.

And I'm not saying that, oh, it was better then because it was all about the music and not about the show.

But that's what it was about back then, just by the nature of the way it was, you know, and the nature of the technology as well.

Yeah.

It's just very different.
