There's a whole heap of clubs.
I've been thinking about actually going through them and sort of doing a little video piece about a lot of the clubs that have disappeared in Sydney because we have lost a lot of clubs.
Like, let's be honest, Melbourne's managed to stay quite strong, but Sydney's lost a lot of clubs.
So, you know, there was the Globe, which was a big one.
It was gas, it was home, it was sublime.
There's a heap of different clubs we used to play.
You know, I used to play like back in the sort of like late 90s, early 2000s, I'd be playing, you know, six or seven shows a week and like almost all of them were club shows.
They were all dance floor gigs.
There were people dancing till six in the morning at all these gigs.
It was like thriving, you know.
Yeah, it was really quite a thriving culture back then.

most people sort of remember is when breaks, I think it's the same with any genre of music.
Once you start seeing like a sea of bootlegs in a certain genre coming out, um, you know, that sort of getting towards the end of the creative spurt that the, that the genre had, you know, or it's just become very mainstream.
I think there was just a flood of just bootlegs, bootlegs, bootlegs, and people weren't really innovating anymore.
Um, so I think it was just like a general movement that sort of happened.
