My teachers turned a blind eye to that because, like I said, it wasn't an official thing I was doing.
I just I didn't go to my lessons.
But it was not like I was out, you know, playing truant.
They knew I was in the theatre, you know.
And so then we started doing the other local schools.
And then so that's how I got into it.
So it's all completely by accident.
So to your point, there was no kind of formal training.
There was no formal route.
I didn't sign up anywhere.
And the reason that I'm in events is because one day I was walking past the theatre and thought that would be cool.
um i but had i not you know like i don't know how other people would have done that there were only a very few of us at my school who had that opportunity or whatever um yeah i don't know what the formal route in would be for something like that i mean again that's you know
I mean, we're a small company, so it's difficult.
And we've looked at apprenticeships and things like that, but it's tough.
What we do do, and we've done for a number of years, is work experience placements and stuff like that.
We've done them with local colleges and schools.
We've done them with corporates like Global, for example.
So we've done lots of that kind of work experience.
And some of that's quite long term.
People like Global are doing these placements for two months.
