I don't mind the fact that we've gone after an assistant coach who's obviously world-class because what we've had for a wee while is we've had a head coach appointed and we've had assistant coaches that are unproven, not probably coached in international rugby at all, really, and trying to find their feet.

And so now it's going, okay, let's get someone in who's been there, done that for a long period of time.
