uh show those young boys and the guys coming in a lot more respect and yeah i remember being that young guy and and you're never going to be the guy speaking up to your captain all those senior players right you're going to stay pretty quiet so uh i realize it is up to those leaders to to be the ones to initiate and i guess that's where i where it came from from for me but
You know, I'm always someone who wants to get the best out of, you know, the people around you.
And the county's example, I guess, didn't get all the names right, I'm sure, to be honest.
But, like, that's a thing that was pretty close to my heart.
you know, the talent that is up in that region.
And so, yeah, I guess you want to make sure that you show those guys that, hey, look, I respect you.
I may have done what I've done in the game, but, you know, I want to be able to connect on you on some level.
And I think that then builds them up in the game as well.
Probably at the back end of my career.
Like I have, you know, I've got my own leadership business.
It's just that, you know, I go into businesses, organizations and,
you know help their teams grow really you know and so got a course to go alongside online course but essentially when I finished my career I was like man I've learnt so much across this journey within rugby and
I've had some amazing coaches, captains, obviously captain, you know, the teams I've captained as well.
And so, like, I was just wanting to help people.
And in the back end of your career, you get to do that with the younger players.
And so when I did finish, I was like, man, I've got this knowledge.
