I want to part that on.

And I've, you know, had studied around coaching and studied around a bit of that kind of management style.

Yeah.

And yeah, I didn't quite know what it was going to look like.

So I kind of just made it up and talked to a few people and created a few courses and workshops and been out there doing it, mate.

And it's been pretty cool because, you know, you are helping people.

And I guess for me, that's probably the best thing that I can do is I feel like I can genuinely help people to grow and get better in themselves, which then, you know, hopefully makes a team perform better as well.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I don't miss it.

Not really.

Like I don't miss playing.

I don't miss, um, you know, the training and things like that.

Uh, you know, like, so definitely when I sit down and I would go to the Crusaders games and I sit in the stand and watch, like, it's just fun to watch.

I enjoy it.

Uh, and enjoy being around the boys every now and then when I come in and, and, uh, watch trainings and, oh man, there's so many things you think you could add when you're watching nowadays.

Um,

But, look, I just enjoy being a part of it still in some small way.

Like, I love the game.

I think, you know, rugby does get a little bit of a bad rap right now, but I just think it's a beautiful game.
