So you never kind of blow your body out too bad.
I think it's like I needed something, something to keep going, like just been training for so long.
Exercise becomes such an important part of your life.
I wasn't the biggest gym bunny, you know, like it was kind of like a means to an end, I guess you had to do it.
Um, so I didn't really feel like getting into the gym and with my, I had a back injury, like, um, disc, disc, discectomy.
Um, so repetitive kind of that CrossFit kind of style gym as well.
Wasn't really going to be my thing.
Um, so yeah, mate, running seemed to be it.
And if you got my teammates on the line, they wouldn't, uh, they would have gone, what the hell?
There's no way Kieran would be running.
It wasn't, it wasn't, um, something that I had bad feet.
