And you do not get any recovery options.

So bottom line here is that if you're working on something super important,

You want to tell your AI chatbot this.

Export all of this as a backup, as a Microsoft Word or a Microsoft Excel file right now, and then download it and put it in a safe place.

You may be able to get into agent mode and tell it to do it on a schedule, but I wouldn't depend upon that.

I've tried the scheduling options with these AI bots.

Some days it works.

Some days it doesn't.

I mean, like, for example, last Saturday, I probably spent four hours using Claude from Anthropic.

And I was so excited because I finally got Claude to do exactly what I needed it to do.

And I grabbed my husband like, oh, this is amazing.
