And that's the thing that a lot of people miss when they're using AI is they don't give it a role.

They just ask a question and then they get something that looks like a toaster manual instead of something that's very specific for them.

And so if you tell AI what role that it needs to be, whether it's an HR professional,

you know, a social media manager, an email marketing expert, whatever it is.

But in this case, we're going to say a historic preservation expert.

And then maybe you want to start looking for some grants, the National Register of Historic Places, the Rural Development Grants, the Preservation Alliance.

There's also federal historic tax credits that you may be able to tap into.

And when you start looking at AI, that's where you want to say, write me a list of every grant tax credit funding source available for historic agricultural building preservation.

And then you take it to the next level, Doug, as you say, help me fill out each and every one of these applications.
