It doesn't matter if you're in beauty.
It doesn't matter what type of industry you're in.
How are you using AI right now?
Like if I came in and you told me you're not, obviously I would not invest in you.
Because we're trying to leverage it to make us smarter and more efficient, right?
And the more efficient we are, the more time we have to create and use our true talent.
So, because I invest across so many categories, which is so fun.
But at the end of the day, business is business.
And that's why I wrote the book because, I mean, listen, business is all based on people at the end of the day.
People are still running the show.
They're still making those decisions on deals.
They're still making decisions on investment, on hiring.
It's still a people business, which is why business is still personal, right?
