In your opinion, let's talk about from a Barbados regional standpoint, what have been the limitations or what has prevented being able to bridge that gap?

Is it purely financial or is there more to it?

I think it was at Edgbaston last year during the test when West Indies were taking licks in the test match where we were at a table with Fazer Mohamed and we really saw the passion you had for making change.
