It's not that I'm trying to be mean or not that I don't want them to have what they want.
It's just you have to learn.
You're not going to always get what you want.
People wonder why my kids throw interpretation because you always give them what they want.
Tell them no for fun.
Tell them no for sport because they have to realize 90% of the time in life, life is going to tell you no.
And so you have to kids simply got to learn that there are things in life that you have to do even when you don't feel like it.
Yes, kids should have fun, but they also need to know how to handle difficulty.
I have this new group that I've created called the Dad Standard.
The Dad Standard is basically a group of men.
We meet every Thursday at 8 p.m.
via Zoom, and we basically talk about how we truly want to parent our children, not how Instagram wants us to parent it, not how the Participation Trophy parents want us to parent, but how to traditionally parent our children to help.
change this this new generation of thinking on how we raise our children because apparently we're losing our kids because we've forgotten the traditional way we as dads need to step up and take our communities back so 49 a month the dad standard come join the group we got something special going on every single thursday we got a group of men um who need the assistance who need to be able to ask these other questions and not be worried about what jim pop got to say about us being traditional dad
