If I'm a kid and I'm in school,

I'd want to know where can I get a job?

There's guaranteed opportunity in the AI through data center side of the industry.

We're doing our first internship for college kids this summer.

And it's, I mean, we had like 500 applicants.

We picked, I think, 10 or 11.

University of Colorado, University of Alabama, University of South Carolina, the Citadel, University of Missouri, University of Arkansas, University of Texas, Lee University.

I'm trying to remember all these schools, but like we have incredible kids.

They're all studying business, finance, marketing.

There's only a couple at Syracuse.

I think we have a kid from Rutgers.

Those kids are studying engineering and everything.

But the reality is, is

we're introducing college kids to this industry because even if they are in marketing, even if they are in finance or business and they're not in quote unquote AI, there's job domains for them in the AI industry still.

We have to focus more on Gen Z. Gen X is the soup's not done cooking, but they're in a more defensive posture on this shit where Gen X is in a defensive posture.

Gen Z is ready to go.

They're more intuitive.

They're more interested.

They're less scared.

And they're the ones that are...
