And you know, the thing that I find really interesting about this is that uh you know, the next door neighbors over at uh Ec Echo City Heights have come in, chimed in.

uh indicating that they're opposed to the project and they're bringing up the exact same issues that the neighborhood

team was bringing up with us during our negotiations that I get this really funny feeling like Echo's is offering the neighborhood team money

to oppose this this

zoning change which I believe is illegal because they haven't disclosed that they're acting as an agent of ECHOS.

They've disclosed that they're acting as a as an agent for the neighbors.

Um I really can't understand why anybody would oppose this project unless they were doing it for monetary reasons.

And the idea that we're not addressing safety issues is absurd.

The those I I really can't understand

why these people would come in and pretend like safety is an actual issue and in the reality money is an issue.

ECOS doesn't want us to develop this property because they don't want the competition.

And I have reason to believe and do believe that they've offered compensation to the neighborhood association in order to in order to help them block this project.

And so, you know, we've conformed

with all the city codes and all the city policies.
