Uh David Hartman on behalf of the applicant, and I have our civil engineer, transportation engineer, and preservation consultant here as well.

As was stated, this is approximately 4.6 acres.

The former AIST Rosedale School was vacated in February 22, uh, and it was currently used as the sheriff's office for school shooter training.

It's has robust multimodal connectivity.

There's no

No displacement on the site, there's no existing water quality controls.

And these bullets identify that it's adjacent to multiple Imagine Austin centers near a proposed Project Connect 38th station.

And it's going to open in 2033 around the same time when this project would open as well.

And within the E Todd eligible area, Sub District 2, multiple there's two Metro Rapid lines, the 803 and 801, that run past uh near the site, three mul Metro Rapid bus stops, um, two uh Project Connect stations located near Burnett Road, which is an Imagine Auction Core.

Corridor at ASMP level 3 Street and 49th Ramsey and 48th are ASMP level 1.

There's E Tod and DB ETOD up and down this corridor.

I call the MF6 CO, MF6 Lite that we're proposing, the conditional overlay limits height to maximum 75 feet.
