When we started the restaurant, we worked right up until the day we opened.

We actually got a HELOC against our house to open the restaurant.

As I mentioned before, my husband has a construction background.

And that's all we've raised until now.

People have been burned by vegan cheese before.

They're always asking, is it actually really good?
