Well, my husband and I, after we aired, we worked five all-nighters in a row.
Luckily, the Navy taught me how to do that, although I'm getting a little old for that now.
But we were determined and we, you know, really wanted to succeed.
And we get one chance with these customers, you know, so it's important that we deliver.
And we're very strict about our quality standards and everything being perfect.
So we got in the kitchen, we made that cheese, we over communicated to our customers, like if there are any delays or anything like that, we just made sure they knew.
And because of all those things, it was a success.
Although, you know, very well could have not been because it's a lot of traffic coming your way out of nowhere.
Oh, gosh.
The pros, you can pivot quickly and you can always be testing and learning.
If we outsourced our production, if we wanted to try a new idea, it would take weeks to months to do so.
Whereas, you know, we can turn around a new idea in a couple of weeks or even less than that, depending on what it is.
Yeah.
So that's a huge plus.
Quality, like you mentioned, is another one.
I've heard of companies going to Comans and then having quality issues, especially with...
cultured products like ours are.
It can get complicated fast.
You know, our brie only has five ingredients, but it's 20 steps to make.
And that's one of the main reasons we want to keep all of that in-house.
