The lack of oversight there is on nutritional supplement manufacturing.

a whole hour in and of itself on how we differentiate ourselves at macu health and how proud we are of that but nevertheless like you know i i go to my hairstylist and she's amazing right and not that i have like i mean i i'm due but anyway she tells me what i need for my hair and i'm like great and i'm gonna buy it from you because i i you're a person that i see and i respect you and i you know my hair you know me right so i'm gonna buy this thing from you and your salon

And I know that it's not the same as going to a doctor, but like if especially with practices like yours, like the two of yours and many of the people that you work with in the vision source community specifically, like patients come to you every year.

You know, you have patients that you are their optometrist.

I work with practices that when a patient moves away, like.

You know, they finally retire and they get that house in Arizona so they don't have to be in the rain for six months a year.

Like they still come back to see their optometrist up here because that's the kind of relationships that you guys are building with your patients.

And that's so special.

So they're looking to you to take care of them.

And this information is just it's it's it's so important.

So anyway, I didn't answer your question, though, as to the resources.

So but, you know, John Nolan has a great website.

And what I love about his research is that when you're reading the papers, I have always found them extremely easy to read and understand.

There's a there's a narrative that exists in the papers.

It's almost like he's very good at telling the story in a scientific publication, which isn't common.

So I, I like that.

And he's also extremely passionate about what he's learning and what he's uncovering and things like that.
