Thank you, Mayor.

This item is consideration of a new sales tax sharing agreement with Insight.

Since 2006, the city and Insight have partnered to support the retention of sales tax generating business activities in Cupertino.

The proposed agreement would continue this longstanding partnership, helping retain the important source of ongoing revenue for the city while maintaining Insight's business presence in Cupertino.

STAFF IS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED TAX SHARING AGREEMENT AND THE ACCOMPANYING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SUBSIDY REPORT.
