Mayor, I do not have any requests to speak here in person in Community Hall, and at this time, I do not see any hands raised virtually on this item.
Okay, so what I'm trying to do is look up how many meetings they have left and you're saying it's every other month.
So can anyone pull that up fairly quickly?

They will have a meeting in August, October, and December.

Well, for some of these commissions, it's been very difficult for the commissioners to make all of the regularly scheduled meetings.
In fact, sometimes our council members have difficulty meeting them as well.
So I'm afraid for myself, I would actually prefer, given that she's about to term out in its 11 years of service, I would prefer to have her present for the next three meetings and move that we retain Commissioner Chokshi on the Library Commission because she will be terming out in 2027.

Given that she will term out in January, it does make sense to just allow her to continue to serve since there is no time to
through recruitment.
But I do want to understand, was the opportunity of attending remotely offered to her for those meetings?
