So I would rather try to see if we can get all five commissioners to be present for the remainder of the meetings rather than having just four.

Yeah, my only comment, Mayor, was that she has been a commissioner for 10 years.
And I don't believe this problem has occurred in the past.
So I'm all for extending
leaving her as a commissioner until the end of her term in January, 2027.
Thank you, and to clarify with the city clerk, prior to the change of our commissioner's handbook that it would come to council and we would have a discussion, were the commissioners automatically removed if they had missed too many meetings?
Yes, it was, since it wasn't spelled out in the commissioner's handbook, it would be automatic removal if they reached that threshold over the 25%.
So this may be like the first time that we've had a discussion like this to whether to retain a commissioner?
Yes, and I don't recall if even in recent years if there was anybody that we actually terminated because of attendance.
