So this has been placed in multiple locations

in the city, so that one is in Memorial Park, and kids are climbing on it.

And this one is placed on Stevens Creek.

It's a squarish design with a very prominent Cupertino Rotary logo, and it's at the location where it doesn't really suggest to people that it's even a bike rack.

And this is another location where

one of the bike racks is placed in McLellan Ranch.

It's a yellow circle that also does not suggest it's a bike rack, but it appears to be the main purpose is the logo, which is the Cupertino Rotary Club logo on the city property.

And there are maybe, I don't know how many of these bike racks are there, like eight or more, such bike racks on the city properties.

Assuming this is a donation by Rotary Club, do they then have the right to put their logo on the thing, the object they donate with a very prominent logo of their club?
