Those things that are supposed to be bike racks look like climbing structures, and particularly the one at McClellan Ranch.

And it was going to have a community member's name on the library because it was a significant contribution.

and the council didn't want it.

They didn't want to put one arbitrary person's name, and then it wound up becoming a racial issue.

It was very highly contested, and ultimately, we did get the aquarium, which thankfully is being rebuilt now after many years.

I don't envy the staff here for trying to propose something, so I can't make a specific.
