That was something that is not, that's not contracted, so I don't see that they have a right to have that there, and I think that the city can choose to,

remove it and place a you know if they want to have a plaque I think that just the size of plaques should probably be discussed because we do you know even within here we there's a plaque here there's some in the library in other locations within the city one of the trails has a plaque as well and

we haven't even touched on the bench policy, which does need to come back as well because that, the bench policy doesn't really have a set like locations for where benches go.

So I think I'll just, because it's not really agendized for discussion, but I think that's another part that needs to come back to be more comprehensive.

So I think that there's,

some kind of overlapping issues between the policies looking at like donation and the recognition that somebody would be getting from that donation and I'm like I had said previously I'm still have problems with the naming policy would like to know what other cities are doing with regards to allowing

the branding and logos on their property and also have something with regards to size.

If we're leaving it to the city staff to decide, I think that that can run into some problems.

But I am overall really happy to see that it would now

get to the council, because I think it's important that when we see installations throughout the city that didn't have any council say, that that's not following a good process for the residents.

And then we end up hearing complaints about things that have been placed, like why was this done?

Why is this logo on here?

Why was this art installation put in here without going through

THE COUNCIL AT ALL?

WAS THAT A PROPER ACTION?

SO I KIND OF THINK THAT THIS ITEM NEEDS TO COME BACK AND PERHAPS HAVE A MORATORIUM ON PLACEMENTS UNTIL WE'VE COME TO AN AGREEMENT ON ALL THREE ITEMS.
