Discussing this item, I'm glad that the mayor asked for a bit of a staff report.

I will tell you that I could not pull up the map, the tentative map, I guess the subdivision map,

very well i could not see the contents exactly of where the roads were i could see wolf road but that was about all and i don't know if that was my tablet or not but i just had i i appreciate the comments that you all made so that i as a member of the public can understand the process

of where we are currently with this.

I just had maybe two or three questions, and I apologize if I'm not exactly on the mark with what this is doing.

I have been through subdivision maps before with other projects, certainly the Apple campus, et cetera.

But my first question is perimeter west side perimeter road disappeared on the property.

My question is and I may be off kilter here but is any part of it being retained on the property near where it had been and what happens with the intersection where there is a there's a traffic signal at West Perimeter Road coming into Stevens Creek and then we have the Joanne's property immediately to the left.

There's a fence that went up along that property line and I believe that there are reciprocal parking agreements in that area and that may have to be hashed out with the owners.

But my question is, does that intersection

Is that involved in any of this subdivision map that we're doing tonight?

Because I think that intersection needs upgrades and I don't understand where the roadways are on this piece of property that's going to generate 2000 housing units.

I am familiar with the condo mapping from past.

I don't think

What my question is, utilities, there used to be no PG&E improvements.

There was no power on the old Sears property in the parking lot when Islands tried to put a restaurant in there.
