So I went down

Started in like around May to go down, but like it felt okay.

Uh I was on like eighteen hundred calories, sixteen hundred, that's that's fine.

And um

Then we were down to around seventy, close to the meat, and then just take rest of rest of it with water.

So no problem.

There's always something nagging, right?

What does normal feel like?

Uh I don't know, man.

Like I just stretch out my arm, it's like it's almost impossible now.

Like, Oh wow, seriously.

So I I need to have the painkillers on the heavy sessions just to get under the bar.

Just to have the thumb under the bar.

I think if people just saw like how

How crap my body actually is training in my basement, they would just be laughing or crying.
