I was really wondering if because I talked to Joe uh about uh him being injured.

But you can't really trust nobody, right?

What they're saying, like he could be in super shape.

And he wasn't because of the injury and that that's that's fine.

But I also just needed to see every lift, like on the world.

I was like, uh are they are they there?

But uh

It felt a little heavy, it did.

Wasn't like the best squat there, but still like two point five under my best ever.

And the last one was a really nice grind.

So I really love that.

That was like the perfect last lift.

I thought that the the second was a lot of work.

But I've been to

I I've been too many meets of course, but

I knew that there was like right on like the level when I it was fifty fifty shot, if I got it or not.

Like I had the same lift on sixty two or sixty five at ch uh sixty five at Sheffield and I didn't got it.
