Yeah, that's a great point.
So you're right.
I've very much focused on investment strategies today because we're coming from a foundational point of view.
And I'm hoping that a lot of your viewers, as they sort of dip in and they do it slowly, they're thinking more about,
building blocks, but of course there are people who trade and actually the exchange trade ability.
So we've, we concentrated on the F part of the ETF, uh, for a large part of this, uh, you know, uh, interview, but the E E T the exchange traded ability, it goes to that point about trading.
Um, and, and actually ETFs, um, exploded, um, positively exploded in America because of their trade ability.
So,
And America has got a massive ETF industry.
So just put it in perspective.
I like talking about these figures a lot in these types of discussion because they're just big figures.
But in the US, the ETF market is around $3 trillion of assets under management.
And in Australia, in US terms, it's about $40 billion.
So, you know, that's the difference because Australia's come from, not from behind, it sounds like, you know, we were regressive, but it's not.
It's because we had a big active management industry here and we had big vertically integrated companies like banks that were streaming a lot of our money into their own funds.
The Americans adopted the trading style and it's happening now in Australia.
Actually, I just saw a chart from the ASX just recently, a couple of days ago, where you can see that the number of trades with ETFs sort of went like this and now it's gone up like that, right?
And I'm not just talking about in COVID, it's happened over the last year, year and a half.
And that's because, sorry?
