What I think's interesting, Ben, is what I've written.
I think he comes in and I still think his first season's underrated because what I think he does is he goes, I'm here to win.
And I think this is, I think you're right, by the way, in terms of if the instructions, you're going out there, you're doing the instructions, you're going and winning.
Everyone believes in the instructions to do them even more.
I 100% agree with that.
But I also think him as a manager, part of why I think it's, again, why I agree with the decision to move him on is I struggle to describe what he's actually about still as a manager.
Other than last season, what he was about was winning.
He comes in, he wins three, they lose at Forest, he then does nothing but talk about Nottingham Forest for six months at every opportunity, because his point was, that was shit, and that doesn't happen again to us.
And I think if that's what you are, and I think he comes in, he says the standards are right the way up here, and he all but says, the standards slipped a little bit under the previous fella in a couple of ways, and I actually don't disagree with him, I think he has got a point, but what I think is really difficult, Ben, for him, is when he can't win.

I think he just has really struggled this season to get his essence of who he is as a manager back on track.
