So, you know, people want to start a podcast.
You know, I think if you're going to do a chat cast, if you're going to do more than one person in the room, you should obviously know who you're getting involved with to some degree.
And they should fit the mode or the tone of whatever it is you're about to do.
If you do a business podcast, don't do it with the guy that you get in the garage.

Do somebody in your office who you know is smart about business and you guys can have an elevated conversation about that.
