So for me on my path, I think the first part of my spiritual journey was really realizing that I was a spiritual being. podcast-host

So these are all the things that have made me feel more self-led, more clear, more confident, more safe, more supported, and more loved. podcast-host

So all of these have a really beautiful mental health benefit aspect and nervous system regulation aspect and stress management. podcast-host

So when we think about all these practices, what's so powerful is they not only make you feel more empowered and more clear, but they literally have physiological impacts on your body. podcast-host

So the first thing that I do that is woo-woo that works for me that I've been doing for a long time is I connect with angels and guides. podcast-host

So I've been connecting with angels for maybe 10 years now. podcast-host

And I remember growing up Catholic. podcast-host

And the Catholic church has so many beautiful rituals and practices. podcast-host

But one of the things that I felt like was sort of disconnected in the church and the church that I went to was our access to angels. podcast-host

There was a lot of talk of angels in the Bible and angels, you know, having prophecies and visions and talking to people and angels were a huge part of the Bible, but not really accessible to us. podcast-host

And I never felt like I had a direct line to angels or guides. podcast-host

And I'll never forget, I met a woman years and years ago and she started telling me about the angels and how I had access to them. podcast-host

And something about that just resonated so deeply for me and something about that just felt so true and loving for me. podcast-host

And I'm so grateful for my own internal compass and guide because over the years, it's been one of those things where I've heard truth and it just hits me like peace because podcast-host

And so where maybe previously or maybe someone else would be like, that's crazy. podcast-host

I don't believe in that or that's dark or whatever. podcast-host

For me, it just felt like peace. podcast-host
