I was sort of earlier on in my spiritual badassery journey and I was just discovering that I could have discernment with entities and beings. podcast-host

And I had this like entity in my room and it was like a little girl and it was very weird looking, but it was like in my mind, my conscious mind was like, oh, that's a nice little girl. podcast-host

I should have her come over. podcast-host

And I was like, hey, come on. podcast-host

And it was like, podcast-host

asked me can I come over to the bed like to the side of the bed and I was like yeah but I felt really off and I felt really uncomfortable but I felt like I had to say yes because it was like a little girl and all that to say I was in sleep paralysis for like three hours it felt like I was just on this journey it was like sucking my soul out of my body I'm like okay I should have listened to my body and my intuition there and not allowed that spirit or entity to come over so listen to your intuition follow your gut you know this could be a whole you know podcast-host

course that we do on this but you should know that for the most part entities guides and beings are here they love you they want to support you they want to connect with you there's so much love in this universe that's available for you and these beings and guides can help be a place and space for you to receive more joy more beauty and more abundance than you could ever dream and you could ever imagine and if all you have to do is call and all you have to do is call with clarity and conviction podcast-host

So the first thing woo-woo that I do is connect with angels and guides. podcast-host

So I stopped feeling alone. podcast-host

I stopped feeling like I had to do it all when I really realized that I was so supported and I was so loved. podcast-host

And if not for nothing, it's really supportive of my mental health. podcast-host

The second thing is I started to work with powerful healers and teachers. podcast-host

So over the years with Almost 30, we've had the gift of working with probably hundreds of people, some of the best teachers in the world. podcast-host
