Like you have this part of you that's kind of bringing your vibration back down and not allowing you to really bask in the glory of what you're doing and honoring what you've done and how far you've come and just honoring yourself as you. podcast-host

And that slight reframe of just acknowledging that moment of what I was doing and seeing that I was really not loving myself and honoring myself as me, that I was looking for someone else to do that, really shifted something for me that supported me in that next step. podcast-host
