And also heard of some cases where, say, golf families looking to how do you say, open up parallel structures.
Yeah.
Which I mean the diversification play has been going on for a while now, but if anything, because of the war, it will probably just accelerate the urgency of wanting to do it.
And Asia has always been the place where it's better than putting money in Europe and US, which is low growth.
You know, in Asia it's still high growth, you know, it's just that it's a region that you're still getting to know.
So yeah, and if you're a big institutional investor, there are benefits to accelerating that diversification play.
So I
I do think this will probably continue.
But yeah, so be interesting to see how that shapes up.
Yeah, if anything, yeah, the Gulf Asia Connect will probably grow over time.

I mean, if we're talking about the maritime play, I think all this conversation about nuclear in Singapore
No, I think to be honest, that conversation is an old conversation.
But I just think that people are actually talking about it now because maybe the government is actually more serious about it now than before.
So there's a bit of a resurgence of that and the complications of having to build nipple capacity and just tiny little iron.
