He's a general among the warmongers.

And any pivot he's making is precisely because he is actually specifically being threatened by our campaign.

And that is why he literally voted no on his own bill to give Trump a trillion dollars for war.

I mean, who votes against your own bill when you're, it's only when you're nervous about your opponent.

And I don't know if you heard right now, just a few days ago, he said,

oh, I think we need $15 an hour federal minimum wage.

I mean, it's like newsflash for you, dude.

We won $15 an hour in Seattle in 2014, and that $15 has spread to many cities and states because working people organized around it.

And these guys are so behind.

The federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour still.

Yeah, I ran as an independent socialist in 2013.

That was our first campaign.

And I say our and we because it wasn't just me.

It was a whole group of revolutionary socialists who ran that campaign together.

And we ran on our flagship demand of $15 an hour and also on taxing the rich.

Corporations like Amazon, Starbucks, T-Mobile, these are all corporations that are headquartered in Seattle and also for renters' rights and rent control.

And at that time, I was widely mocked.

for calling for $15 an hour.

Nobody thought it was going to happen.

All the corporate media said it was utopian.
