But the question is,

what is actually going to end military aid to Israel.

That is where the rubber hits the road.

And that is why I'm saying that, yes, this movement is a threat, but the direction in which many of the DACA leaders are taking it, that is not what's going to yield the victories that we need, because that's not what's happened so far.

Because we have seen a genocide actually come into existence

at the same time that more DSA nominated, DSA endorsed people were being elected.

That is the example I'm using, concrete example, to show that actually what you are going to need.

And so, no, I mean, are there victories that have been won?

Of course.

And like I said, I haven't wantonly criticized Mamdani.

I don't agree with your characterization that I'm just generally gone around criticizing.

I have criticized DSA leaders, it's not just about Mamdani, on specific things that they have done

which I completely disagree with, and it's my responsibility to point the working class movement in the correct direction.

And when I think that something is pointing in the exact wrong direction, like endorsing Kathy Hochul or like endorsing Hakeem Jeffries, it is my job to point out.

But it is a nonsectarian approach, meaning that I have also at the same time openly declared that I support every demand that Mamdani ran on,

And if there's a movement in New York City to win a $30 an hour minimum wage, I will personally be there helping that movement to win.

But it is a question of what will actually win the victories we need.

So what you see from the Democratic and Republican parties right now is them being what I call a malleable system.

They are adjusting their approaches

just enough in order to be able to survive.
